These workouts are desinged for serious baseball players who want to play College or Professional Baseball.  Our trainers go through these workouts with the player every step of the way.

Group Rates

Must have a minimum of 3 Students per class.  We recommend that you form your own class with teammates or we will form one for you based on your individual skill level and schedule requirements.

Private Baseball and Softball Video Analysis

Video analysis is a very useful tool to evaluate, study, and correct any mechanical flaws in a player’s swing or pitching delivery. Using digital video equipment, our instructors can show a player what he or she needs to work on to take their game to the next level! Major League Baseball players utilize this tool on a daily basis to stay consistent and stay in the big leagues! 

If you would like to watch your pitching or hitting lesson with an instructor, let us know before your lesson and we will record the lesson free of charge!  If you then decide to schedule a time to have your mechanics analyzed with an instructor, the charge is $20.00.

We use B.A.T.S. software to analyze a players mechanics.
